About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused
Customer Insights Analyst
to join our data and marketing team in Switzerland.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data, identifying behavioral trends, and generating actionable insights to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and data teams to help drive
data-informed business decisions
.
This position is ideal for someone who loves turning complex data into meaningful stories that shape strategy and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
 * Collect, analyze, and interpret
 customer data and behavioral trends
 across multiple channels.
 * Develop
 segmentation models
 to support marketing, CRM, and retention initiatives.
 * Translate insights into
 strategic recommendations
 for product, marketing, and customer experience teams.
 * Create
 dashboards and reports
 to track KPIs such as customer lifetime value, churn, and engagement.
 * Collaborate with the data and BI teams to ensure
 data accuracy and integrity
 .
 * Conduct
 market and competitor analysis
 to benchmark customer performance.
 * Design and analyze
 customer surveys, NPS programs, and satisfaction studies
 .
 * Present findings and insights to senior stakeholders in a clear, actionable way.
Requirements
 * Bachelor's or Master's degree in
 Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or related field
 .
 * 3–5 years of experience in
 customer analytics, marketing insights, or business intelligence
 .
 * Strong analytical skills and proficiency in
 data tools
 such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
 * Experience with
 visualization platforms
 (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
 * Knowledge of
 CRM and marketing analytics tools
 (Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.).
 * Understanding of
 customer segmentation, retention metrics, and campaign measurement
 .
 * Excellent communication skills — able to simplify data for non-technical audiences.
 * Fluent in
 English
 ;
 German and/or French
 is a strong advantage.
 * Detail-oriented, curious, and passionate about improving customer experiences through data.
