Your profile
* Education as Chef in an asian country, excellent knowledge of traditional Asiancuisine
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, fine-dining environment
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Flexibility to adapt traditional recipes to modern culinary trends
Your tasks
* Ensuring an authentic and contemporary food offer in consideration of the seasonal products of the original country and creating the menu in collaboration with the Culinary Director and other AsianChefs
* Creating new asian dishes (indian, vietnamese, thailandese) and specialities
* Preparation of Asian cuisine as well as the handling of products, production and cooking techniques from Asia
* Cooking in the open show kitchen in front of guests
