For one of the world's leading diagnostic companies based in the Zug area, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager.
This role oversees the strategic planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives to support the promotion of regulated IVD products. You will collaborate with Marketing and Product Managers to develop digital campaigns, content, and tools that align with brand and sales objectives. Responsibilities include defining digital strategies, managing projects and budgets, and selecting optimal digital channels to meet business goals.
You will ensure compliance, supervise content development, and support global and affiliate teams in executing digital strategies. The role requires strong expertise in digital marketing technologies and best practices to effectively position the company's solutions in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead global digital marketing campaign strategies that ensure a seamless customer journey.
* Provide expert consulting to marketing and business teams on the design and execution of digital campaigns.
* Support affiliates and partners with market insights and clear, actionable guidelines.
* Oversee all aspects of digital marketing execution, including web platforms, email marketing, CRM, eCommerce, social media, and display advertising.
* Advise on strategic content that drives qualified traffic and effectively differentiates the company from competitors.
* Participate in cross-functional squads to shape and implement digital strategies for product launches, campaigns, and events.
* Leverage strong analytical skills to assess the end-to-end customer experience across multiple digital channels and touchpoints.
Must Haves:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing in a Global organization
• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing agency
• Proven experience in project management managing multiple priorities; building an action plan, and follow-through
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
• Excellence in stakeholder management and communication in a team environment
• Good working knowledge of content management systems (e.g.: AEM, Wordpress), email marketing tools (e.g.: Eloqua, Marketo), analytics solutions (e.g.: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and sales enablement tools (Showpad)
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (minimum C1)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or commensurate years of experience in Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or Marketing
• Ability to travel (5%)
