Your main task in this position is supporting the HR Transformation and Innovation team in driving the people roadmap.
1. Support the implementation of strategic HR initiatives in the context of the HR Transformation
2. Contribute in creating and excellent user experience
3. Support the implementation of the HR Reporting and analytics roadmap
4. Deliver continuous improvements
5. Coach HR system super users
6. Perform system administrator tasks
7. Recent graduate or student pursuing a degree in Business Information Technology or equivalent
8. Passion for technology and people management
9. Enthusiasm in working with data
10. Analytical and problem-solving skills
11. Communication and interpersonal skills
12. Fluent in German and English. French is beneficial
13. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
