Description We are seeking a talented and driven Development Associate Manager to join our team at KFC Europe Sarl. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and fostering strong relationships with franchisees, driving disciplined development strategies, and ensuring high-quality new unit growth. Your analytical skills, relationship-building capabilities, and operational expertise will be key in unlocking sustainable and profitable expansion. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees across Switzerland, Sweden, Austria, and Belgium. Serve as the primary point of contact for development-related needs, providing support and guidance to franchise partners. Foster a collaborative environment among franchise partners, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing. Manage and maintain robust development pipelines, ensuring clear timelines, readiness, and execution milestones. Monitor pipeline progress, identify risks and opportunities, and take proactive measures to meet annual development targets. Lead monthly business reviews with franchisees, providing performance updates and action plans. Evolve and manage the New Unit Tracking System (NUTS) to assess new store openings and projected paybacks. Analyze opening performance, identify success drivers, and provide recommendations for future openings. Partner with cross-functional teams to embed learnings into design, planning, and operational practices. Ensure franchisee compliance with remodel commitments and current asset standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred. 3-5 years of experience in commercial development, real estate, franchising, consulting, or a similar analytical role. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to simplify complex insights. Experience working with franchisees or external business partners is an asset. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse markets. Familiarity with QSR, retail development, or multi-unit environments is advantageous. Strong leadership and people management skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. A results-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
