At PAVE Space, we are redefining in-space logistics with autonomous and mobile spacecraft. Our first mission is a kickstage, a vehicle designed to improve satellite deployment by accelerating orbit raising.
As we expand our development and scale hardware manufacturing, we are looking for a Procurement Lead to strengthen our supply chain and ensure smooth execution of our projects. You will play a key role in sourcing components, managing suppliers, and ensuring production readiness for our spacecraft systems.

Requirements
* Multiple cycle professional experience in production, supply chain management, or procurement in aerospace, automotive, or similar high‑tech industries.
* Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and logistics.
* Proficiency in resource planning, procurement tools, or project management software.
* Technical background or familiarity with aerospace hardware and manufacturing processes is a plus.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
* Fluency in English; German or French is a plus.
