Your tasks
* First point of contact for our internal customers in the event of hardware, software and network problems
* Problem analysis and resolution of support cases in 1st and 2nd level support, remotely, by telephone, e-mail or on site and incident monitoring
* Support and troubleshoot IT infrastructure
* Administration of Microsoft servers
* Supervision of software and hardware inventory
* Drafting and updating technical documentation
* Active participation in various integration projects
Your skill set
* Apprenticeship in Computer science or relevant experience and first experience in a similar position
* Knowledge of Windows Server and 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, SQ L and other related Microsoft Products
* Team oriented, you enjoy working people contact and can manage priorities
* French or German mother tongue, with good knowledge of the other language, English is a plus
