Responsibilities
* Operate and support automated high-throughput laboratory systems in a regulated environment
* Perform laboratory activities involving infectious materials, including independent experimental design and evaluation
* Contribute to the development and optimization of molecular diagnostic assays by executing defined workstreams
* Collaborate in project teams, actively contributing to meetings and communicating scientific results
* Ensure GMP-compliant documentation, data evaluation, and preparation of technical and regulatory documentation
Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or Biology, or qualification as Biomedical Laboratory Scientist (HF) or Laboratory Technician (EFZ)
* Proven laboratory experience, ideally complemented by exposure to research or development projects
* Fluent English skills (written and spoken) are mandatory; German is a strong advantage
* Excellent documentation skills with a structured and detail-oriented working approach
