Team Leader Design Footwear Woman
Whitin the Footwear Business Unit and referring to the VP Footwear Unit, the role we are searching for will lead the Design Footwear Woman team acting as main point of reference for current collection and responsible for its evolution.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire the dedicated design team for Woman Footwear;
* Drive the design culture and consumer facing look of the brand;
* Steer the Company's advancements towards digital design;
* Enhance and create strong branding DNA;
* Guide and monitor the collection cycle guaranteeing the alignment to collection framework;
* Coordinate and develop the design process within target costs, schedules and deadlines in alignment with the company guidelines;
* Perform collection presentation (written and verbal) to the main stakeholders;
* Act as interface for collection definition with all involved functions such as Brand & Merchandising and Product/Technical Development;
* Manage internal and external interfaces to ensure fruitful collaboration.
Requirements
:
* At least 10 years of work experience in a similar role;
* Professional knowledge of all design tools, 3D knowledge is a plus;
* Leadership style and ability to guide team and exchange with interfaces with appropriate business and development focus;
* Ability to communicate aligned to target audience and build up a collaborative network;
* Fluency in English - Italian and/or German would be a plus;
