Description
Tasks:
* Designing and analyzing modern customer environments in the areas of hardware and software as well as with cloud services from achermann ict-services ag and Microsoft
* Implementing client management solutions based on Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID, and as a strong team player, you will take on sub-project responsibility and technical customer advice
* Defining and documenting new solutions for customers and for internal use
* Support in technically complex third-level support
Must-have:
* You have successfully completed basic IT training and have subsequently built up and expanded your IT experience for at least two years
* You are very familiar with Windows operating systems
* You already have experience with Microsoft 365 products such as Intune, Teams or Exchange online
* You have solid experience in the areas of Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server
* You are familiar with Powershell
* You have basic experience with the products Vmware vSphere and Veeam Backup
* You are enthusiastic about new technologies and want to advance professionally
* You are a team player, service-oriented and enjoy customer contact
* You have good written and spoken communication skills (German) and can also communicate in English
