Cook – Staff Restaurant (Unlimited contract, d/f/m, 100%)
We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our newly established Staff Restaurant. You will be responsible for creating balanced menus, serving and hosting colleagues, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
* Preparation of varied, balanced menus for the team with attention to detail and quality.
* Act as host in the staff restaurant: welcoming, engaging, and creating a positive atmosphere.
* Menu planning and implementation of culinary theme weeks – your ideas are welcome.
* Combination of buffet service and live cooking.
* Ensuring smooth operations in your section – from mise en place to spotless kitchen closure.
* Adherence to hygiene regulations according to HACCP.
* Close collaboration with the kitchen team, purchasing, and HR to ensure a great experience for the crew.
Qualifications
* Completed training as a certified chef or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in both hot and cold kitchen, ideally in communal catering or the hotel industry.
* A passion for working with people – you enjoy being a host, even for your colleagues.
* Strong organizational skills, resilience, and a structured working style.
* Creativity in menu planning – seasonal, balanced, and full of flavor.
* Languages: Italian preferred, or German or English.
