What is your job?
* Create quotations: You create accurate and appealing quotes to provide our customers with customized solutions while optimally meeting our operational requirements.
* Process invoices: You carefully process and check invoices to ensure our financial processes run smoothly and our customers are satisfied.
* Manage customer data: You will maintain and update master data with the utmost care to ensure a complete and up-to-date customer database.
* Accept & record transport orders: You accept transportation orders and record them accurately in the system to ensure timely and efficient processing.
* Supporting scheduling: You will actively support the scheduling team in planning and coordinating transports to ensure that all deliveries arrive on time and reliably.
What do you bring to the table?
* Commercial or equivalent training with professional experience: You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification and have relevant professional experience.
* Very good MS Office skills: You are proficient in MS Office applications (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook) and use them efficiently in your daily work.
* Independent, deadline-conscious way of working: You work independently and reliably, always keep an eye on deadlines and complete tasks on time.
* Stylistically confident in German, good knowledge of French: You communicate fluently in German and have a good knowledge of French in order to interact competently with our French-speaking customers.
