Role overview
As a Talent Acquisition Intern (all genders) at Visilab Group, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Business Partners to strengthen and harmonise recruiting practices across the organisation.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment operations, supporting hiring for our HQ in Meyrin and hiring for our optical retail stores in Switzerland. The position is part of the Group Talent team and offers broad exposure to TA initiatives in a local and international environment.
Key responsibilities
* Support cross‑functional recruiting and HR initiatives that advance our talent acquisition roadmap and long‑term operating model.
* Help structure and monitor projects aimed at improving efficiency, candidate experience, and recruiter enablement.
* Act as a point of coordination for requests and feedback from recruiters and HR partners.
* Contribute to maintaining strong collaboration and knowledge sharing across regions.
* Assist in the design and rollout of TA training sessions, onboarding materials, and practical guidelines.
* Help document processes and standards that promote a consistent, high‑quality hiring experience.
* Work actively on employer branding campaigns and content.
* Help update toolkits and communication materials used by HR teams and hiring managers.
Candidate profile
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* Strong communication & organisational capabilities.
* Improvement‑oriented, with a pragmatic business perspective.
* Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a changing environment.
* Fluency in French & English; Fluency in German would be a big advantage
Other requirements
* Internship agreement with a school or university is required.
* Availability for a full‑time, 6‑month internship starting asap
Renumeration
2.500 CHF per month
