* Lead, mentor, and coordinate teams of designers and developers
* Implementation of AI solutions and applicable processes for the company (efficient workflow, customer dialogues, marketing, SEO optimized contents, staff development etc.)
* Design and develop web and mobile interfaces
* Conduct user research and usability testing
* Define and implement product strategies and pricing models
* Collaborate with business owners to guide strategic product decisions
* support/responsibility for the planned expansion in the Middle EastWhat We Require:
* Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Product Owner in digital products
* Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles, prototyping, and usability testing
* Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management
* Experience in the business area of hospitality and tourism industry are a must
* strong skills and experience in Generative AI (Microsoft Copilot,, Write Sonic, Google cloud, AI GitHub Copilot, etc.)
* Ability to analyze business processes and contribute to pricing or strategy decisions
* Technical skills such as SQL, Python, Web3, or Cloud Computing are a plus
* Strong communication skills in English and knowledge of French ; knowledge in Arabic is a plus
* work experience in the Arab world is a plus
