As a Bartender, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the bar, including the following duties:
1. Greet all guests courteously and attentively.
2. Be familiar with the preparation, ingredients, and presentation of all drinks offered in the menus.
3. Inspect the condition and cleanliness of menus and wine lists regularly.
4. Work with an empathetic attitude towards guests and colleagues.
5. Ensure the prompt and efficient service of all beverages according to the resort's standards.
6. Prepare all mis-en-place for cocktails and drinks prior to service in all beverage outlets.
7. Maintain good knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and F&B daily activities.
8. Be aware of all F&B outlet opening hours.
9. Know menu prices and suggest upselling when appropriate.
10. Keep all equipment clean and in good working condition.
11. Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation, maintaining and exceeding performance benchmarks.
12. Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest feedback to improve service quality.
