OverviewFor our office in Zürich, we are seeking a dedicated, passionate Senior Account Manager who will be driving new business in Switzerland. Reporting to the RVP Sales/Country Manager, we are looking for a results-driven individual who will manage the full cycle for a defined vertical.Company overview: Board is the #1 decision-making platform. Board is privately held, with offices in Chiasso, Switzerland and Boston, USA, and 25 global offices on five continents.ResponsibilitiesIncrease sales of software licenses by independent acquisition of new customersManage and own the full sales cycle, including prospecting and qualification, contract negotiations, and closing businessMeet and exceed sales targetsQualify and manage leads provided by the Marketing team to a successful closureBuild and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities by leveraging Marketing and outbound territory developmentWork effectively in a team environment to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer successManage and drive multiple simultaneous sales cycles effectivelyUnderstand the functions, features and USPs of Board solution and communicate them to prospects and customersBuild and maintain strong customer relationships at Management and C-level, encourage the search for new potential partners and support existing onesUse Salesforce.com to manage sales processes and accurately forecast businessExperience5+ years of experience in enterprise salesExperience selling CPM, ERP, or BI software solutionsAbility to manage C-level relationships and Enterprise-level sales processesStrong technical aptitude to learn the Board software and explain complex solutionsKnowledge of Accounting and/or Financial conceptsFamiliarity with Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting processes, Business Analytics, Data Visualization, Data Management and Financial ReportingCrossvertical, chemical and life science field experience favorableA self-starter who works well within a strong team culture while independently managing his/her own workProven ability to meet and exceed a sales quotaOutstanding communication skillsBS/BABusiness fluent English and German are required, French would be favorable
