Role: Business Analyst (Retail Domain)

Required Skills and Experience
* 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
* Strong domain expertise in areas such as deposits, lending, payments, customer/account servicing, and regulatory or reporting processes
* Proven experience in requirements analysis, business process mapping, and test scenario identification.
* Hands‑on experience building test case repositories or supporting SIT/UAT preparation in banking transformation programs.
* Strong understanding of banking product lifecycle and end‑to‑end transaction flows.
* Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, testers, developers, and vendors.
* Excellent documentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools such as Visio or equivalent.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced program.
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience on Temenos core banking upgrade or implementation programs.
* Experience with interface testing, data validation, regression testing, and test traceability management.
* Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
* Exposure to Swiss banking operations or multilingual stakeholder environments is an advantage.
* Knowledge of issue tracking and test tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar platforms.
* Business process and requirement analysis documentation.
* Functional test scenarios and detailed test cases.
* Test case repository mapped to business requirements and impacted processes.
* Support material for SIT/UAT planning and execution.
* Traceability matrix and test coverage reports.
Nice-to-Have
* Experience in core banking platform migrations or version upgrades.
* Understanding of payment processing, account servicing, interest calculation, customer lifecycle, and regulatory reporting.
* Ability to support both business and IT teams in a structured test design approach.
