Location: Basel, with 1 day home office per week and 5% global travel activities

Start Date: June/July/August; End Date: -month contract (with a chance of extension)
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute tailored global OCM strategies to support MES harmonization and the digital journey, aligning with overall PT goals; lead and mentor the OCM teams, embedding best change management practices across all program/project activities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage key stakeholders to address specific needs, fostering trust and buy-in for transformation activities; develop and maintain strong relationships to support seamless implementation.
Change Management Execution: Oversee change management plans, including communication, training, and support strategies, to ensure smooth adoption; manage end-to-end transformation activities, ensuring alignment with program’s timelines and objectives.
Program Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Track change management progress, adapting strategies as needed for maximum effectiveness; benchmark against industry best practices, especially in pharmaceutical and GxP-compliant environments, for ongoing enhancement.
Risk Management and Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, assessing change-related risks and identifying opportunities to optimize outcomes; address challenges proactively, ensuring resources, timelines, and objectives align across global workstreams.
Adoption and Transformation Leadership: Drive the adoption of new systems, processes, and behaviours, championing change readiness and impact management; communicate transparently about progress and challenges, fostering organizational alignment and agile responsiveness to evolving needs.
Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related specialization area (e.g., Business Administration, Organizational Development, Change Management).
Experience in Change management within MES.
Experience in leading and mentoring program and project teams on relevant engagements, particularly in a pharmaceutical production/manufacturing or GxP Environment.
Proven experience managing large-scale programs and projects, including system deployments, with a strong focus on change management.
Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork and leadership on significant global change efforts.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across multiple levels of the organization.
Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment, with a proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations in a large corporate setting.
Strong written and verbal language skills in both English and German would be a big plus.
Familiarity with project management approaches tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
Positive personality with a can-do attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
Strong awareness and ability to lead and work in multicultural teams.
Generates enthusiasm and drive for commitment to excellence.
