Job Description

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Work Mode: Remote


Role Overview

LEDFlex Group was established in 2010 after identifying a gap in the market for a more comprehensive range of linear lighting products and has now grown into a leading technology supplier. We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. At LEDFlex we continue to lead the way in performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior projects. We areseekinga highly experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across designated territories. The ideal candidate willpossessdeep industry knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a proventrack recordof exceeding sales targets. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure sustained business growth.


Roles And Responsibilities

* Sales Strategy & Executionfor Projects.
* Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with companyobjectives.
* Analysemarket trends and competitor activities toidentifygrowth opportunities.
* Recruit, train, and manage a team of salesprofessionals.
* Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key clients and partners.
* Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
* Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
* Prepareaccuratesales forecasts and reports for senior management.
* Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to meet targets.
* High value projects and medium scale projectsin pipeline.
* Candidates should be willing to travel to 3 to 4 States as part of their job responsibilities.


Qualification & Required Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
* Minimum 10+years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial rolewithin the façade/ Architectural Lighting.
* Proven success in managing regional sales teams and achieving revenue goalsand executed large scale lighting projectswith showcases.
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
* Ability to travel asrequiredacross the region.


Preferred Attributes

* Experience inFaçade /Architectural Lighting.
* Multilingual capabilities depending on region.
* Strong networkwith Architects, Consultants, Builders & Contractors (GIS)within the industry.
