Role Summary
A key player in driving business success, you will provide strategic HR support to assigned population within EMEA Stores. By managing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and coaching store managers, you will make a significant impact on the organization's performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as HR Business Partner for assigned population within EMEA Stores
- Manage HR processes within HR as required/assigned
- Ensure compliance with employment related laws and regulations
- Investigate employee relation matters and recommend appropriate actions
- Manage HR programs/practices to complement the achievement of long term strategic business objectives
- Monitor and administer performance management programs and corrective actions
- Ensure adherence and administration of all HR policies, procedures, guidelines and operating and measurement systems
- Coordinate recruitment activities
What We Are Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Manager within different European countries, particularly in the retail environment
- Ability to properly handle confidential and HR sensitive information
- Flexible, open-minded, fair and balanced judgment
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Spoken and written English, other languages are a plus (German and French are a real plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Expert knowledge in Excel
- Strong computer, HRIS and Microsoft Office skill
- Able to work in an international and multicultural environment
