About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Omnichannel Operations Coordinator - Strategic Project Manager to join our Operations team for a 12-month period. This role is dedicated to supporting our boutiques and driving operational excellence across the omnichannel landscape.

1. Drive Operational Projects & Tools Evolution
* Enhance and deploy key internal tools to improve performance and operational accuracy.
* Coordinate omnichannel and system-related initiatives to drive efficiency and consistency in boutique operations.
* Ensure consistent project follow-up and stakeholder alignment.
Operational Excellence & Efficiency:
* Support and animate the Continuous Improvement mindset by collecting feedback from boutiques and implementing impactful solutions.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; a genuine interest in data analysis and reporting. Strong command of Power Query, VBA, or technical scripting required. Fluency in English; French an asset.
