With a keen eye for design and a passion for impeccable service, you’ll oversee daily room control to keep rooms pristine and ready to impress.
Responsibilities
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail in guest rooms.
* Use systems such as Opera and Hotsos and devices like phones and tablets to navigate tasks efficiently.
* Ensure every guest walks into a room that feels like a flawless work of art.
Profile / Qualifications
* Prior experience in a 5‑star hotel, understanding luxury service standards.
* Background in the housekeeping department with expertise in creating perfect spaces.
* Fluency in French and English for effective communication.
* Passion for W brand values: Taste, Sound, Body, Scene, and Stance.
* Sharp eye for detail and a flair for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Position to be filled for the Winter season: December 2026 to March 2027
