Your Daily Tasks & Responsibilities
* Creating Briefing Definitions, Planning, organizing, realization of trade fairs and events and the subsequent collection of costs and the practice of negotiations on costs
* Report all activities to the Marketing manager and to have the Marketing Manager as your direct line supervisor
* Managing and coordinating our portfolio of event materials, digital content, decoration and technology
* Giving feedback to stand builders for future improvements
* Liaise and cooperate with internal departments such as sales as well as external agencies and exhibition stand builders at regional and international level
* Liaise, coordinate and manage show travels and communications (of colleagues) to Corporate Jet and organizers
* Coordinate, manage and build up the Christmas Party Event at the end of every year
* Continuous optimization of our planning and organizational processes
* Regular preparation of reports
* Collaboration in writing texts and designing presentations and other marketing resources
The expertise you have & skills you bring
* Completed education or studies in the field of marketing and event management
* 5+ years of experience in a generalist marketing assistant role and in the conception and organization of simple to complex events and trade fairs
* You communicate fluently in German and English (French is a plus) and you have a well-groomed and convincing appearance
* As a team player, you remain calm and flexible even in hectic moments and see these as positive challenges
* You are proficient in writing texts in English and German and have a good command of PowerPoint and Excel
