 
        
        Metadvice is looking for a Quality & Testing Specialist to join our fast-moving team. This role combines quality management, compliance support, and hands-on testing/automation. The initial contract is 4 months, with strong potential for extension and the possibility to evolve into a Product Owner or a role with greater regulatory responsibility.

Your Responsibilities
 * Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS, JIRA-based). This is a large documentation task where all internal processes are documented in a highly structured way to satisfy regulatory requirements.
 * Manage controlled documentation, e-signing, and filing.
 * Support internal/external audits (occasional travel may be needed).
 * Assist with risk management and NC/CAPA processes.
 * Develop scripts (Python/JavaScript) to automate QMS workflows interaction with JIRA and google drive.
 * Create and run GUI test scripts and prepare software release documentation.
Your Profile
 * Degree in Engineering or related field, with some programming knowledge (Python / JavaScript).
 * Detail-oriented (important for regulatory work), flexible and comfortable in a startup environment.
 * Swiss residence and work permit.
 * Bonus but not required : Experience with JIRA (ideally configuration/administration).
 * Bonus but not required: knowledge of Quality Management, testing, or MDR/FDA/ISO standards or previous work in a medical company.
