Job Responsibilities Face-to-face IT support for users
Hardware installation, movement, and de-installation
Diagnosing problems related to personal hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.)
System and application changes testing, script preparation in MS Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environment
Small project management related to new hardware or software installation
Software, patches, and updates installation using MS SCCM
Job Requirements 2-3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment, preferably in a manufacturing-based organization
General end-user technology knowledge
End-user workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management)
End-user Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM)
ITSM tool set (ticket management software) preferred
Soft skills: planning and organizing, attention to detail, problem-solving, analysis, flexibility, customer sensitivity, technical writing skills
Excellent English and French language skills, both written and spoken
