Your mission
Execute high-quality assembly, maintenance, and repair operations on unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and related components. Develop, implement and maintain development systems for flight test operations and R&D projects while ensuring technical standards and flight safety are adhered to.
Key Tasks
Aircraft Development & Assembly
* Perform sub-assembly, final assembly, and repair tasks on aircraft, payloads, and associated components in accordance with work instructions and quality standards.
* Conceptualizing and implementing design efforts and ideas on to real systems. Work closely with engineers to support the design, prototyping, assembly, and testing.
* Contribute to design of electrical and mechanical system integration and overall aircraft configuration.
* Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, test implementation and integration of new subsystems.
* Conduct inspections, installations, removals, replacements, and functional testing of subsystems and ground support equipment (GSE).
Flight Operations
* Support pre-flight and post-flight inspections, system preparation, and maintenance, ensuring all work is completed, documented, and signed off correctly.
* Prepare and maintain aircraft, Ground Control Stations (GCS), test equipment, data transmission systems, and payloads for flight missions.
* Assist remote pilots and manage ground movements during flight operations.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
* Ensure full traceability and documentation of all tasks performed, including inspection and testing of incoming goods and parts.
* Comply with safety standards, internal quality protocols, work instructions, and regulatory requirements (including handling of Dangerous Goods).
* Maintain all GSE and testing equipment in operational condition to support daily flight and test activities.
Other Tasks
Technical Problem Solving
* Perform fault diagnosis using appropriate test equipment and support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions for system failures or malfunctions.
* Contribute suggestions for product and process improvements based on operational experience.
Training & Collaboration
* Act as a technician instructor for internal and/or external training sessions.
* Collaborate proactively with engineering, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless mission support.
