System Support Specialist (80–100%) (m/f/d)
For our client, a company in the Hospitals and Health Care industry based in Avenches (Vaud), we are looking for a System Support Specialist (Level 2) – Microsoft Intune & Azure for a permanent role.
Your Responsibilities
* Handle escalated incidents and provide technical support to the support team.
* Manage Microsoft Intune (workplace/MDM management) and Azure environments (cloud resources, security).
* Document processes and actively contribute to continuous improvement.
* Participate in on-call duty.
* Serve as the technical point of contact for the support team, including handling complex incidents and managing the Microsoft Azure environment.
* Work closely with specialist teams to ensure system stability, security, and performance.
Your Profile
* Completed training as an IT specialist (EFZ) or equivalent qualification.
* Excellent command of French and German (at least C1 level).
* Solid experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure.
* Good knowledge of diagnostics, scripting, and automated deployment.
* Several years of experience in this field, ideally in a medical environment.
* Team spirit and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and actively shaping best practices.
