The role combines finance process consulting, ERP implementation, reporting automation, and stakeholder collaboration within international client environments. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as D365 Business Consultant (Finance) supporting implementation, optimization, and stabilization of finance processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central /li liConfigure and support core finance processes: General Ledger, cost centres, financial reporting, controlling, and month‑end closing /li liDesign and improve financial reporting and management accounting structures /li liDevelop Power BI dashboards and replace manual Excel/PowerPoint reporting with automated solutions /li liEnsure accurate financial data flows between ERP, payroll/HR, and reporting systems /li liSupport integrations between ERP, BI, and group reporting environments /li liAct as a bridge between finance teams and technical teams during requirements, testing, and rollout phases /li liSupport payroll and HR‑related processes using SwissSalary /li liParticipate in ERP rollout, migration, and finance transformation projects on client site /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Finance module focus) /li liHands‑on experience in ERP finance consulting: GL, cost accounting, reporting, closing, and controlling processes /li liExperience with Power BI and financial reporting automation /li liKnowledge of payroll and HR processes, ideally with SwissSalary /li liUnderstanding of financial controlling: margins, cost allocation, profitability, and monthly closing /li liExperience in ERP implementation, rollout, or support projects /li liStrong Excel, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills /li liKnowledge of the Swiss financial system is required /li liResidence in Switzerland or a neighboring country (for client site travel) /li liAbility to work independently in client‑facing, project‑based environments /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
