*About The Job**
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern, within the Culinary department, the Commis de Cuisine Pâtisserie supports the pastry team in the preparation of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. They assist with basic tasks, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure smooth kitchen operations.
*As Commis de Cuisine Patisserie, you will be responsible for the following duties:** Completed training as a pastry chef or cook Flexibility and ability to work under pressure - your position includes weekend and holiday shifts Good communication skills, teamwork, reliability High level of commitment and quality awareness Good English skills.
