Team Lead R&D – Hot & Cold-Water Control (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
* Lead, coach, and inspire an R&D team, fostering growth and performance
* Drive product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring quality, cost, and timelines
* Improve and expand the existing product portfolio in line with market and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate across departments and act as a deputy to the Senior Director R&D on strategic topics
* Support innovation, innovation process strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives
Your profile:
* University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar)
* Proven experience in leading teams and managing innovation projects
* At least 8 years of experience in an R&D department, ideally in a similar industry
* Strong strategic thinking and broad technical understanding of building technology and water control systems
* Broad cross-functional knowledge (quality, production, marketing, sales) with familiarity in operations, supply chain, and product management
* Intercultural competence and strong communication skills
* Experience in digital product development is a plus
* Fluency in German and English
* Willingness to travel up to 10%
