Eben-Hézer Lausanne is part of the Eben-Hézer Foundation, a private, non-profit organization recognized as being of public interest.In the context of our day care center, which promotes openness, decompartmentalization, and self-determined life projects, and in order to complete the support team of the Reception Unit (UAA), we are looking for a qualified Social Worker or Specialized Educator at an activity rate of 80%.MissionYou create stimulating reception conditions with a view to ensuring the greatest possible autonomy for beneficiaries in their life path by developing their knowledge, interpersonal skills, and practical skills. You consolidate the specialized activities of the UAA, in the form of workshops, by being a quality professional in the support of beneficiaries.Responsibilities- Promote the individual project within the collective.- Support the beneficiary in their needs and objectives.- Support learning in the acts of daily life.- Accompany people with psycho-behavioral disorders, pervasive developmental disorders, and/or associated psychic disorders.- Be capable of making proposals in terms of activities and well-being.- Collaborate with families and give them a partner role: co-construction of the beneficiary's individual project and its implementation.- Systemic work with all stakeholders in the beneficiary's file.- Ensure tasks related to the functioning of the unit.Desired Profile- Social work diploma at ES or HES level, experience in a day structure and knowledge of the field is a plus.- In-depth knowledge of ASD and specific support (Teacch, etc.).- Ease in teamwork and task sharing.- Versatility, reliability, and knowledge of IT tools and Microsoft programs.- Driver's license required.Work EnvironmentWe offer the possibility of participating in the development of a major institution, taking on challenges, and, through continuous training, developing your skills.Conditions- Conditions according to the CCT in the parapublic social sector.- Permanent contract.- Regular daytime hours, in shifts.- Start date: June 1st or to be agreed upon.Has this aroused your interest?Insofar as all our applications are processed electronically, we thank you for applying exclusively via the website.
