: Onsite IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician (Freelance/Contractual)

Description
: We are looking for Onsite IT & Network Support Engineers/Technicians to support freelance contractual tasks in your area.
You will be paid on an hourly, half-day, or daily basis, depending on the task.
Support tickets will be dispatched according to your location, and you may accept them based on your availability (weekdays or weekends).
Responsibilities
 1. Provide L1 & L2 IT/Networking support including desktop support, hardware replacement (e.g., HDD, RAM, PSU), and server/rack part installation.
 2. Provide onsite console access for Routers, Switches, and Firewalls to remote engineers.
 3. Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and network issues (LAN/WLAN).
 4. Support installation/configuration of Windows & third-party applications.
 5. Assist with change, incident, and release management processes.
Base Skill Set
:
Expertise in System & Desktop Administration, Customer Service, Incident/Change/Release Management, and support for various applications on Windows platforms.
Professionally trained & certified in ITIL & Windows Server Administration.
Strong knowledge of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, subnetting, Ethernet & Wireless LAN troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with iOS, Android, Windows & Blackberry device troubleshooting.
CCNA Certification (Compulsory).
Tools Required
 1. Laptop with updated OS & basic utilities (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Putty, WinSCP, etc.)
 2. Smartphone with reliable internet & email access
 3. External HDD/SSD or USB bootable drive (with Windows/Linux ISO)
 4. Basic Networking Toolkit (LAN tester, Crimping tool, Ethernet cables, Screwdriver set, Power extension)
