About the Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy, leading recruitment for top‑tier IT talent in Switzerland’s competitive market. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, influence recruitment strategies, and directly contribute to building high‑performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for strategic IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding
Partner closely with business leaders to design effective hiring strategies
Identify and engage top talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles
Use recruitment data and market insights to continuously optimize hiring performance
Support employer branding, campus recruiting, and recruitment marketing projects
Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal policies

Your Profile
Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
7–10 years of recruitment experience, ideally in‑house
Strong expertise in Swiss IT recruitment and technical hiring
Proven ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders
Advanced sourcing, interviewing, and talent strategy capabilities
Data-driven approach with continuous improvement mindset
Fluency in French and English; German is an advantage
