Philippe SA Geneva Box Components Manager (M/F) Mission In this role, within our Clothing Division, you will manage the entire Box Components Service. You must ensure the availability of necessary resources and skills (human and machine) to achieve the production plan. You will oversee the development and evolution of the Service with actions and will be responsible for the development of your teams and the experience for your area of responsibility, planning, organizing, and driving the activities of your Service, while promoting synergies with other Divisions and support functions. Ensure, within your area of responsibility, an appropriate response to unforeseen circumstances (human, product, technical) while adhering to standards, supporting, encouraging, motivating, and developing your teams while maximizing productivity and timelines to meet objectives. Support managers with the assistance of your HR Partner in managing the human resources of the Service. Ensure the necessary measures to manage activity and ensure that everyone adheres to objectives and corporate culture. Ensure ongoing alignment with the Division and prepare and manage the annual budget for your area. Produce activity reports to provide visibility to managers and to your supervisor. Ensure compliance with the company's policies and instructions, the Clothing Division, and support Divisions (HR, Management, Finance, Methods). Participate in cross-functional projects at Divisional and university levels or engineering roles with 15 years of professional experience including 5 years as a manager. Strong experience leading complex teams with knowledge of the sector of activity is desired. Proficiency in MS Office tools. Knowledge of ERP tools (ideally SAP). Skills in management, proficiency in French (oral and written), English a plus, analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate the vision and unite teams.
