PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Line out Foreman with daily duties for crew and to assure that work is being completed. Primary direction is received from the Superintendent and must possess proficient skills and knowledge of duties in the maintenance, turnaround or construction environment. Must have the ability to supervise foreman for the execution of daily work assignments. Thorough understanding of Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures. Proficient communication skills both verbal and with the use of a computer.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
• Work well with superintendent and client.
• Maintain Safety Accountability Procedures.
• Ensure high quality of work.
• Conduct safety meetings for crews.
• Manage crews effectively.
• Complete Craft Employee Evaluations.
• Promote Safety culture.
• Identify and address safety hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum six (6) years in refinery maintenance/turnaround/construction.
• Good understanding of craft work and basic hand tools.
• Pass Craft Skills Test (70%) or NCCER certification.
• Knowledge of Matrix policies and procedures.
• Complete Matrix Service Safety, Process Safety Management, and site-specific training.
• Maintain active drug testing status.
• Pass background check.
