* End-to-end management of 60+ industry sessions over 3-4 days (20 sessions / day)
* Liaise with corporate sponsors, AV providers, caterers, venue staff, and security
* Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, scientific, events)
* Maintain detailed documentation, timelines, and feedback processes
* Support contracting and logistics for all symposia-related activities
Marketing & Corporate Relations Committee
* Assist the Director with meeting preparation, minutes, and onsite support
* Help coordinate committee activities and communications
Event Logistics & Travel
* Participate in 2-3 site visits and attend the 7-days congress in Europe
* Collaborate closely with the logistics team and external agencies
* Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination, corporate relations, or medical congresses
* Strong administrative and project management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Experience with WordPress is a plus
* Excellent communication skills in English (French is a strong asset)
* Experience working with corporate sponsors and managing multiple providers
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
* Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit
