As part of an exclusive arrangement, we are currently assisting one of our clients, a recognized player in their technical environment, in the search for their future Foreman in metal construction. This position is part of a reinforcement strategy with a key role in both team management and technical mastery of metal constructor means. You will be responsible for a metal construction site, with the objective of ensuring a smooth, controlled, and compliant production of quality. You are accountable for performance and daily operations, while being present on the field to support teams and make the right daily decisions. Your work will involve balancing field operations, planning activities, distributing workload, and ensuring optimal resource management. You will oversee deadlines, execution quality, and safety. In direct contact with your team, you will supervise, support, and enhance the skills of individuals with both a demanding and nurturing approach. Technically, you will operate in an environment equipped with various machines, including: CNC shear (1-axis stop), CNC press brake (2 axes, pressure management), CNC plasma (3 axes), punch press, column drill, bending machine, and rolling machine (conventional controls). You should be capable of understanding, supervising, and optimizing these equipment in line with performance requirements. In parallel, you will be involved in maintenance aspects, continuous improvement, and process efficiency. Profile: You have a background in metal construction, ideally complemented by a federal diploma as a foreman. You possess confirmed experience with a genuine ability to take a step back and manage a project effectively. You combine solid technical credibility, an ability to supervise and structure, and a results-oriented approach.
