As we prepare to open our boutique, we’re looking for a Receptionist / Guest Relations Agent who brings presence, hospitality, and a natural ability to make people feel welcome. This role shapes the first impression of C+, sets the tone, and carries the story of the brand forward.
Your Responsibilities
* Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism.
* Introduce the C+ concept—our minimalistic design, curated coffees, and boutique experience.
* Guide customers seamlessly through the space: bar, seating, or service touchpoints.
* Provide clear, confident information about the environment and operations.
* Maintain a polished, attentive presence at all times.
* Support the wider team to ensure every guest journey feels effortless.
Your Profile
You enjoy connecting with people. You notice details. You stay composed under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interaction skills.
* Fluent German, with strong English skills.
* Impeccable presentation and professional demeanor.
* Service‑minded, proactive, and able to manage multiple requests gracefully.
* Reliable, organised, punctual, and team‑oriented.
