About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Bioconjugate Process Expert to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for supervising, supporting, and managing bioconjugates processes in our facilities.
As a key member of our network between manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance departments, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.
* Key Responsibilities
o Take responsibility as MSAT process expert in Capital investment projects
o Contribute to feasibility studies within a dedicated project team
o Evaluate and assess the design of manufacturing units
o Deliver all inputs required for suite and equipment design and support commissioning and qualification phases
o Own implementation of relevant GMP documents for respective area
o Deliver inputs required for specific projects from a process and GMP standpoint in timely manner
o Responsible for permanent optimization of the project
o Lead execution of assigned product/project in best possible time, quality, and cost, in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines regarding safety, quality, regulation, hygiene, and environment from a MSAT point of view
About You
We are looking for an individual with a Master's or PhD degree in bioconjugation, biotechnology, chemical engineering, organic chemistry, or related disciplines. A solid industrial experience in biopharma manufacturing, preferably in area of bioconjugates or DSP (mammalian or microbial), is required. Experience handling CAPEX projects is also essential.
You should have excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and within project organization. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of German is considered an asset.
