For aleading Lifestyle brand with store location at the airport Zurich-Kloten, we are looking for their new ASM in order to support the Store Manager in leading the team, improving sales, showcasing the brand and ensuring the most effective store operations.
POSITION
Leading the Team
1. Assist in recruiting, integrating, and training new staff
2. Inspire team members to excel in customer service and skills development
3. Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive work environment
4. Resolve conflicts impartially and hold regular meetings for effective communication
Sales Management
5. Drive team performance to meet sales goals
6. Improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
7. Ensure excellent customer service and a unique shopping experience
8. Maintain knowledge of collections and stock availabilities
Brand Representation
9. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment
10. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards
11. Educate the team on merchandising principles
Store Management
12. Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with labor laws
13. Monitor financial procedures and analyze sales results
14. Facilitate efficient communication within the hierarchy
Store Organization
15. Ensure proper maintenance of the store, stockroom, and materials
16. Oversee logistical tasks like deliveries, stock management, and inventory
17. Maintain security and hygiene standards
PROFILE
18. Relevant education within Retail, Sales, Management
19. Experience in Retail sales and in store (deputy) management
20. Highly customer oriented and versed into customer care and experience
21. Strong drive and initiative
22. Prior experience in PR and marketing activities
23. Proficient in sales strategy
24. Skilled with numbers, budgeting and some financials
25. High commitment to a brand and employer
26. Open to Airport schedules and various work shifts
27. Fluency in GER / ENG, other languages would represent an advantage
28. Rather casual in Style, but strict in his/her Professionalism
