Description:
The start date will be as soon as possible based on candidate availability. The mission will be for 12 months.
OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE:
Support the commercialization of Qdenga in travel markets.
Lead the EUCAN CSEE & new launch markets (Netherlands; Belgium; Austria; Switzerland; Poland; Czech Republic & Israel).
Support the Center of Excellence (CoE) for global strategic assumptions & forecasting.
Support the regions and LOCs to enhance commercial capabilities.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Lead and support the Central and South-Eastern European (CSEE) countries and other EUCAN new launch markets.
Manage EUCAN sales reporting with support of a vendor.
Develop and support data repositories for the EUCAN region.
Maintain data repositories for the VBU Commercial team.
Support EUCAN travel LOC engagements by scheduling, planning, and minuting meetings.
Assist in the forecasting processes (Mid-year review process - MRP; Long Range Forecasting Process – LRF) for EUCAN and other markets.
Support key growth initiatives aligned with travel LOC needs.
Liaise with VBU and EUCAN functional counterparts to support travel market needs, including medical, access, marketing, and supply functions.
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA preferred.
At least 7-10 years of experience in commercial operations within a multidisciplinary global environment.
Strong strategic thinking, analysis skills, and a creative/innovative problem-solving approach.
Experience working in a matrix, preferably global, environment, with proven cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration skills.
Pharmaceutical/vaccine industry experience preferred.
Experience managing or leading commercial operations and process improvements globally.
Forecasting experience, including above-country processes, is beneficial.
Experience with launch activities and lifecycle management in a cross-functional setting.
Proficiency in MS Office, Project, and SharePoint.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and growing environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
