Responsibilities
Conceptualizing tailored Microsoft 365 environments and advising on Microsoft Teams Direct Routing implementation.
Managing the deployment of Teams with specialized calling solutions, ensuring seamless telephone integration on proprietary infrastructure.
Implementing practical security concepts (Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA), securing devices via Intune, and establishing data‑oriented governance.
Building, migrating and managing Azure resources; optimizing cloud networks; ensuring stable, cost‑efficient and scalable infrastructure for SMEs.
Operating in‑house Veeam and telephone platforms on Azure.
Providing technical consulting for cloud transformations, conducting technical analyses, and ensuring efficient integration of third‑party solutions.
Supporting sales in the acquisition phase through technical feasibility studies, product demonstrations (especially Teams Voice) and creation of conceptual and economic offers.
Serving as the point of contact for complex Level‑2 or Level‑3 support queries; automating and improving operational processes.
Qualifications
Solid background as a Cloud Engineer or IT consultant with experience in IT service provision for SMEs and the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem.
Practical experience consulting and configuring Microsoft Teams telephony, especially Direct Routing.
Strong command of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and deep knowledge of Azure infrastructures (networking, compute, security).
Proficiency in PowerShell for efficient cloud environment administration.
High sense of ownership, pragmatic SME mindset, and enjoyment of direct customer impact.
Fluency in German (native level) and English (B2 or higher).
