Responsibilities: - Analyze business with global keyaccounts, relevant markets, and competitor data to provide basisfor actionable recommendations in terms of new businessopportunities and gaps. - Provide input to establish targets forsales performance at global key accounts, such as product mix(including cross-selling), sales volume, market share, or businessdevelopment. - Develop dashboards and reports to monitor businessperformance with global key accounts. - Collaborate with SalesExcellence team to ensure robust and scalable insight generation. -Measure and report global key accounts growth vs. previous yearsand strategic plans. - Analyze business metrics for strategic"solutions" and provide actionable insights, especially on productmix gaps. - Track sales performance with global key accountsincluding profitability, volumes, market share, and cross-sellingscores. - Support gap analysis for global key accounts vs plans asneeded. - Develop and monitor KPIs for strategic projects andtarget market opportunities. - Deliver timely, accurate reports andrecommendations to key account managers. - Provide competitiveintelligence (imports, market benchmarks, competitor activity). -Build and maintain predictive analytics tools. - Leverage AI andCRM (Salesforce) data to uncover trends and opportunities.Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in BusinessAnalytics, Economics, Engineering, or related field. - 3+ years ofexperience in business analysis, preferably in B2B industrial orchemical sectors. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Data analysis and management (e.g. Python, SQL, NoSQL) -Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI,Tableau). - Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) andAI-based analytics. - Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills. - Ability to work cross-functionally in a globalmatrix organization. - Mindset: Strategic thinker with a hands-onattitude. Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented. - Excellentcommand in English, both oral and written. - Good command of bothoral and written additional relevant language is beneficial,particularly German and/or French.
