We are looking for a: Head of Accommodation Unit for our accommodation unit welcoming children and adolescents with disabilities. As part of the department's management, you will be responsible for a home for children and adolescents and for supervising the dedicated team, focused on the health, well-being, development, and flourishing of the beneficiaries. You will be accountable for the objectives and contribute, through an interdisciplinary approach, to building cohesion within the support framework. Main responsibilities:- Design the support guidelines for the accommodation unit and define the objectives.- Plan and organize the annual activities of the home.- Supervise and support the team by promoting equitable task distribution and developing skills.- Foster horizontality and develop connections internally and externally with families, legal representatives, health professionals, and partners.- Present the home to the management and be a driving force in the cross-project proposals, ensuring their implementation and mobilizing stakeholders for the defined objectives.- Contribute to a vision by anticipating evolving needs and proposing innovative solutions to advance the home.- Ensure HR and financial follow-up in connection with the relevant services.Profile:- Bachelor's degree in social work or equivalent, complemented by significant experience in a similar position, with proven project management skills and an ability to develop a vision aligned with the institution's values. - You possess knowledge in the field of disability, are recognized for your listening skills, and have the ability to unite a team around common projects.- Excellent skills in written and oral communication, promoting transversality.- Ability to manage complex situations, accompany change, and mobilize appropriate solutions.- Sense of responsibility and aptitude for developing solutions.We offer:- A stimulating work environment with an experienced multidisciplinary team, a rich institutional setting, in service to children, adolescents, and adults with disabilities, alongside continuous training to support your professional development.- Working conditions according to the CCT Social Vaud and a unique and pleasant work environment.- Employment rate: 80 - 100%- Start date: May 1- Contract type: CDI- Application deadline: February 28Join us to contribute to the development of a supportive and human environment.
