Overview
We are seeking a Partner Development Manager responsible for recruiting, converting, and enabling prospective MSP and VAR partners. You will prospect, qualify, build partner relationships, and manage elements of the presales cycle leading to transactions and sell-through to the partners' customer base.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Proactively source new prospects
* Nurture, cross-sell, and upsell existing MSP Partners
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across territories to execute sales strategies and build local relationships
* Achieve Partner Sourced Revenue Targets

Qualifications:
* 3+ years of partner management experience in SaaS
* 2+ years of partner sales experience
* BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Strong communication and listening skills; fluent in German & English; French is a plus
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, demonstrating agility and problem-solving skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset and attention to detail
* Willingness to learn
