Ph3Job Information /h3 pLocation: Zug, Canton of Zug, Switzerland /p pClient / Employer: Coopers Group AG /p pJob reference: d25bee37afd82b8ee9e4b979ab15cc5d /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCompliance Leadership: Ensure export control compliance at the site in close collaboration with the Local Export Control Officer (LECO). /li liIMCP Management: Take ownership of developing, monitoring, and refining the Internal Management Compliance Program (IMCP). /li liProduct Classification: Actively support the classification of goods and conduct sanctions list, embargo, and dual‑use checks (including releasing blocks) within SAP GTS. /li liLicense Management: Handle end‑to‑end license management, including the application and administration of licenses with the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). /li liProcess Optimization Training: Define, implement, and continuously improve foreign trade processes and lead internal training sessions to foster a culture of compliance. /li liConsulting Projects: Act as a subject matter expert for internal departments and represent export control interests in both local and global projects. /li liRegulatory Monitoring: Stay ahead of changing regulations and ensure seamless implementation during operational audits and interactions with authorities. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liCompleted commercial education with several years of professional experience in Import, Export, or Trade. /li liExperience in an international industrial environment. /li liSolid knowledge of Swiss, European, and international export control regulations. /li liIndependent, analytical, and results‑oriented working style with strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset. /li liAdvanced German and English language skills. /li liAdvanced user knowledge of SAP GTS and MS Office (Nice to have). /li liFamiliarity with US Export Control regulations (EAR) (Nice to have). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
