Production Assistant - Worship Services and Radio Masses / Réf-Médias is jointly offering a position for: Production Assistant - Worship Services and Radio Masses / Radio-Filmed Your mission You will coordinate the production of radio worship services and radio-filmed masses broadcasted on the antennas. You will be the contact person for producers, technical teams, RTSreligion journalists, and Christian communities hosting. Main responsibilities Prepare productions: contacts with priests, pastors, parish teams and choirs, collection and liturgical planning. Coordinate the editorial and liturgical aspects: conducting guides, texts and songs, balancing liturgical requirements with radio/TV constraints. Ensure post-production: uploading, archiving, responding to requests from listeners and internet users, and managing the financial aspects related to costs, invoices, and reporting. Your profile Excellent ease in logistics and cost management; good mastery of office tools and tracking (spreadsheets, schedules, budgets). Knowledge of image rights and copyright in audiovisual media. Religious culture: basics of Christianity and Protestantism in French-speaking Switzerland, ecumenical and interreligious sensitivity, understanding of a mass and reformed worship service. Excellent service orientation, rigor, and reliability; capability and/or experience in audiovisual production, media/theology/religious sciences or management; French fluency; German and/or Italian desired; English is a plus.
