Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Production Environment Manager to oversee the maintenance, repairs, and renovations of our facilities. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in managing budgets and coordinating with external contractors.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree or senior technician qualification, with at least 6 years of experience in facilities or utilities management. Industrial experience working in a GMP compliant setting is essential.
* Oversee building and equipment maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire safety and emergency procedures.
* Manage facility budgets and costs.
* Coordinate with building owners, contractors, and vendors for maintenance and repairs.
* Manage production environment compliance with our standards and validation requests.
* Manage waste disposal and environmental compliance.
* Promote a clean and organized work environment.
* Identify and assess potential risks to the facility and production operations.
* Manage car park and mobility plans.
