As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME). Additionally, you will be required to actively participate and contribute to team discussions, as well as provide solutions to work-related problems. Advanced proficiency in CRM Applications is required. Design & Build Enablement, Configuration & Release Management, and Build Management are recommended skills with advanced proficiency.
Your responsibilities:
* Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance application functionality
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
* Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues
* Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
* Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement

Candidate’s Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* Dynamics 365 certification
* Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server
* Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture and customization
* Experience with CRM integrations and data migration
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
