As a Customer Care Representative in our Taste and Wellbeing Division, you will report to the Customer Care Supervisor and manage the order in SAP and be responsible for customer service. Responsibilities

Order follow up / coordinate for implementation towards ultimate delivery of the orders to the customer's promises or GI date.

Customer complaint handling.

Communication between Sales Dept & Operation.

Implement and safeguard various ordering related policies and procedures, e.g., MOQ, credit, cancellation, stock build, freight pattern, lead time, return and claim.

Establish and maintain the solid business relationship with the customer, collect the rolling forecast from the customer.

Maintain SOM database, actively engage in S&OP, and work with various functions within Ops to improve customer service and customer satisfaction level, along with plant costs, working capital and productivity.

Lead and train junior staff and new employees, helping them adjust more quickly to the work environment and understand the job.

Assist the manager and help improve the working process for the department, promoting better development.

Qualifications

University Diploma.

General understanding of customer service.

SAP experience is a MUST.

Self‑motivated, analytical problem‑solving skills and good communication skill.

Willing to learn and develop oneself within the company.
